    Question I need to know??

    OK I AM FIXING TO GET STARTED ON THE STEROIDS AND NEED SOME HELP ON WHAT I NEED TO GET? I AM WANTING TO GAIN IN MY UPPER BODY.

    I AM ABOUT 160lbs 5ft 11'' AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT I NEED TO GET STARTED ON?IF YOU NEED ANY MORE INFO PLEASE LET ME KNOW THANKS.

    You need food dude. Gotta go check out the diet forum and get your macros in line. What are the rest of your stats?
    Age?
    BF?
    Training?
    Previous cycle experience?

    30 years old i work out about 4 days a week for about 1hr and 1/2 i have started the diet i am doing what the diet tells me to do but i want to use a couple of cycles to get bigger and do the diet plan also and from now on.no cycle experience but i have friends that have done it and they are pretty dam big now. i cant tell you bf i dont know but if i had to guess about 20 to 30%.

    Get your diet in check, get done to 12 to 15 percent bf. Work out for a few more years, try to go natural before you start a cycle. Read the novice cycle threads for info on what to do, but you need to WAIT

    Like everyone else is saying, if your BF% is 20 - 30, then you need some serious Diet help before you start taking any AAS

    Post a pic and we can tell you ur bf%. At 5'11" and 160lbs I seriously doubt you are 20-30% unless you have very little muscle mass. Either way get yourself in the diet forum and learn some stuff.

    If you are seriosuly going to cycle and already have your mind made up, go with a Test Enanthate only cycle for 10-12 weeks dosed at 500mg/week. That is by far the best starter cycle for anyone. You will gain about 15-20lbs of muscle but you really should get your bf down a bit before you do this because you have to eat like CRAZY (4,000 calories a day plus) to gain the most. Think about it bro.

    Also, make sure you have at least 4 boxes of CLomid and 4 boxes of Nolvadex on hand for Post Cycle Therapy to get your levels back to normal when you are done or else you will lose mostly ALL of your gains and also the few hundreds dollars you spent as well. Best of luck.

    look, steroids are a little pocket of oil in your muscle. that pocket doesnt become muscle, your food becomes muscle. the steroids help put your food together.
    you are missing the nain ingredient, food. at your height and body weight its apparent you eat whatever you feel like whenever you get hungry. there is a strict science to dieting to grow. without that you dont have shit.

    if you decide to take that cycle be sure to take before pictures and then pictures 2 months after you stop then post them on the board so we can try to guess which was before which was after. no one will be able to.

    a lot of bacon..
    2 bowls of oatmeal

    10:00
    snack time
    16oz of tuna
    wheat crackers

    11:30
    2tuna sandwiches

    2:00
    ham sandwich

    6:00
    2chicken breast
    or boneless chicken breast or any kind of red meat and vegg

    8:00
    go and work out till 9:00 or 9:30

    10:00
    go to bed

    I would just use Clen and T3 and forget the AS. Why are u going to work out with that anyways? With BF% like that u will not see anything.

    there is a big diff between 10 to 15% and 20 to 30%. either way you need a diet that makes sense. are you training legs?

    yes i am i work out my upper body 3 times a week for about an hour a day and my lower body about 2 times a week

    Buddy we have already been over this, whats it going to take. You don't even know what a split workout routine is you SHOULD NOT BE TAKING STEROIDS. and that diet is horrible

    You have gotten the best advice so far in this thread alone.


    You are very new to the whole weightlifting game so take time to learn it, adjust your diet, start gaining some good lean muscle mass, then start RESEARCHING AAS. It will be the best thing you can do.
