Okay people, first off I've been lurking this site for a long time now and I would like to say to the people on here that really try and help with solid advice THANK YOU! Looking foward to becoming an active member.

BF%: 18%
My diet is okay...Could be better and I'm getting that on point before I start anything. At the very least I eat little to no sugar/white flour, no processed foods, and very little dairy. About 240g of protein a day, carbs vary between 80-120g per day. Calories are about 3,000 per day.
I'm going to start a Var only cycle as soon as I get around 16% BF and my diet is on point. This is not something I woke up and decided to do one morning. I want to do it right so I have been researching it for about 6 months now. I'm a noob when it comes to gear, but not new to the gym. Went to the military right after HS and never looked back,I'm 34 now. However, this will be my first cycle ever and I decided to go with Var only to "get my feet wet" so to speak. I'm finding that it is getting a lot more difficult with age to mantain. I'm looking to shred up and add some lean mass. I will not be running test with it, I know many of you will bash that, but I'm trying to stick with one thing so I know where the results are coming from. I plan to up my training from 1 1/2 hours 6 days/week to about 3 hours 6 days/week. I workout at night, not sure if that changes anything, but I work about 60 hours per week and have a newborn so my options are slim.
I plan to run an 8 week cycle at 50mg ED 25mg at 8am and 25mg at 4pm. During cycle I will be running Milk Thistle, R-ALA, NAC, Flax Oil, and Policosanol. I will be running a PCT of Nolva for 4 weeks. (I know a lot of people say you don't need it) but I'm old enough and did enough research to know it is surperssive. Would rather be safe than sorry, why not spend a little more and just do it. Now one of my questions is I have come across two products that have nothing but great reviews, HC Generate and N2 Guard. Should I just use these intstead of the others during cycle or use these on top of everything else? Also, any advice on my plan would be great, if you guys see something wrong or just have some good knowledge please let me know. Or if I left anything out that you need to know again please just ask. If you're going to troll me just make it funny, and remember other people might read this and take bad advice if you're being a smartass. Remember you can only combat ignorance with truth, and I hate to say it, but ignorance is spreading faster than the clap these days.
