I eat about 4 meals a day, and i try to have protein in every one.
Breakfast - eggs, toast, and yogurt. ( i love yogurt lol )
Lunch - we eat ALOT of meat in my family so i usually just eat like steak and potatoes from the night before. or something like that.
Mid day - I eat like tuna sandwiches, or make something of that nature
Dinner - like i said, always porkshops, ribs, steak...something like that.
no junk food, no soda, and yeah...that a rough layout of what i do i guess
