So Ulthar, have you ran anavar in the past? I'm asking b/c at that dose it's very high for any female but really high if you've never ran it(also labmax it with a labmax test kit so you know it's actually anavar) this will tell you if the active hormone is in it but not the dosage which is usually underdosed unless your getting RX var!
I like your approach on going 4on 4off repeat but I'd definitely keep your Protein high both on and off... Your carb intake should most likely be higher on as you need the fuel(so it sounds like your not carb sensitive and react well to carbs.... Is this safe to say?!
Being your first run you should see how your body reacts b4 thinking about SBCing as its a very advanced protocol... Go with 12wks at say 10mgs split in two 5mg doses per day... This is plenty efficient and you can go off of your first run and learn as you go... I'd never advise a short burst cycle to anyone whose never ran a cycle... This is an important factor of even considering running a short burst cycle... Hope this helps and please ask wny and all questions -- welcome!
