Im interested to see what your take on this is?
On a purely fat loss perspective if it fits your cals and macros does eating "clean foods" vs "dirty foods" really matter?
in my opinion to hit your cals and macros youd have to eat pretty good anyway........but say you hit 80% in "clean foods" and the other 20% in "dirty food" would that make any difference in body composition than hitting 100% clean foods?
now im not saying this is or isnt correct (im not educated enough on this to do so) id just like to know what your opinions are..
