exactly,,,,,,i dont mean junk food as such........more so swapping white rice for brown, more shakes in water than tins of tuna, chicken thigh instead of chicken breast, fatty cuts of beef over lean etc etc............maybe fit the odd junk meal here and there but i personally dont think it would be posibles to hit cals and macros with pure junk type foods e.g mcdonalds

Yeah like 405 mentioned earlier, you should stick now with all lean foods for a while to cut as much as possible and than start playing with different things and see how your body reacts to those foods, sometimes it is not worth it, 30 minutes of pleasure and a whole day being bloated, talking from personal experience!!!

But you need to keep sane so a cheat meal from time to time is not a bad idea, you can always do carb cycling which lets you indulge in the bad choices we normally stay away from. Different things work differently. Just give it a try and see for yourself and what works best for you to achieve your goal

cheers papi!.......the reason i came across this subject was simply because i wanted to have more shakes with whey, water and oats during the working day and it just spiraled from there...........so now i have more shakes because there aint a problem with that..........the rest is just interesting and something i think will suit my goals more than being super strict with bland foods.............ill keep track and see exactly were it takes me.

    cheers.
