Hi all im looking for some guidance, I am looking to cut up and following the unofficial how to cut diet in the stickys on this forum, which I was doing my research I found that lots of small meals keeps insulin high which is stopping fat loss. Here is a link to a site that says it, ive read this in quiet a few places now and wanted to know if the diet I am doing is any good, it was written in 2003 and alot of new information has been discovered now.
