15 years old, started hitting the weights like crazy along with eating consistanly for a year and gained 30lbs? Dropped bodyfat 2% as well? Honestly Ill believe it. I started lifting hard when I turned 19 and i gained 40lbs. went from 141 to 181 lbs in 1 year. Ate everything in site and lifted my ass off. Hahaha I gained quite a bit of fat becuase I kept that up and my weight stayed the same for about a year. Did a cycle of test only at 20 and my weight still stayed the same but I dropped hella bodyfat and my body transformed (looked a lot bigger but still weighed the same) So at his age I could believe it due to possibly hittin it at the right time during a growth spurt. Anyways, back to the thread, it is possible to gain 30-40lbs and look good. A Lot of it will be bodyfat but keep up the weight training and bulking, throw a bit of cardio in there and youll shape up in no time. At your weight and inexperience in lifting hitting it hard and being dedicated to the sport will have you growing a lot! Good luck bro, and thanx for listening to our advice!![]()
