    Losing Weight and Not Trying to!

    I am on a lean bulk cycle right now including: weeks 1-4 40mg/day D-Bol, weeks 1-12 500mg/week Test E, weeks 1-10 400mg/week Tren E. I am currently on week 7 and after wei***ng yesterday I have lost ½ lb since week 5 (when I weighed last). I weighed on the same scale as I always do, so I know it isn’t that. Week 5 I was up 10 lbs. and was excited that I had the potential of putting on 15-20 lbs from this cycle but now I guess I am stuck in a rut. I am getting stronger and I look bigger in the mirror, but I can’t explain not putting on any weight from week 5 to week 7 especially since this should be the peak time that the long esters from the Test and Tren should be kicking in. Could it be I have lost fat or some of the water weight from the D-Bol? My diet has been super clean and hasn’t changed since the beginning of this cycle. Maybe my body is getting use to my diet and I should change it up or up the calories? Help me out guys this is really disturbing. My stats as of right now: 5’-10”, 209 lbs., around 12% bf (estimate), BMR=2042.32, ACTIVITY= 1.725, MAINTANCE CAL = 3523. My diet is:

    Don't panic on the half pound loss, it's almost definitely the Dbol. Some might even say that's good that you only lost that much in one week after Dbol use. Plus you're using enthanates on both and most people don't start peaking at week 5 on that type of ester.

    Thanks for the feedback! So it is comon to lose some of the weight that you have put on d-bol even when on other aas use? I am at week 7, shouldn't the long esters be peaking by now?

    At 410grams of protein per day you should'nt worry at all

    Yeah I understand that but I was making steady gains and didn't expect the scale to read what it read. Maybe I am at a plateau in weight and need to shock the system.

    up the calories. 7 weeks? i would have upped twice by now.

    if you are plateauing and it's not just loss of water counteracting any real weight gain. i would add 400 or so cals.

    Where do you recommend these calories come from? Carbs?

    you could just up them all.
