I am on a lean bulk cycle right now including: weeks 1-4 40mg/day D-Bol, weeks 1-12 500mg/week Test E, weeks 1-10 400mg/week Tren E. I am currently on week 7 and after wei***ng yesterday I have lost ½ lb since week 5 (when I weighed last). I weighed on the same scale as I always do, so I know it isn’t that. Week 5 I was up 10 lbs. and was excited that I had the potential of putting on 15-20 lbs from this cycle but now I guess I am stuck in a rut. I am getting stronger and I look bigger in the mirror, but I can’t explain not putting on any weight from week 5 to week 7 especially since this should be the peak time that the long esters from the Test and Tren should be kicking in. Could it be I have lost fat or some of the water weight from the D-Bol? My diet has been super clean and hasn’t changed since the beginning of this cycle. Maybe my body is getting use to my diet and I should change it up or up the calories? Help me out guys this is really disturbing. My stats as of right now: 5’-10”, 209 lbs., around 12% bf (estimate), BMR=2042.32, ACTIVITY= 1.725, MAINTANCE CAL = 3523. My diet is:
