Overtraining this, overtraining that.
If you can handle the workload and are growing (Getting heavier, getting bigger measurements, why not)..

For the last 2,5 weeks ive been doing:

- 12 sets quads
- 8 sets hammies
- 12 sets calfs

- 12 sets bi
- 12 sets tri

My tshirt are already tight around the arms.. Just gotta try stuff, dont take that "overtraining" shit into consideration, you'll know when your overtraining, moody shit, muscles are weak, getting sick, and so forth. Its all about your own body and intuition
