If you can handle the workload and are growing (Getting heavier, getting bigger measurements, why not)..

For the last 2,5 weeks ive been doing:

    - 12 sets quads
    - 8 sets hammies
    - 12 sets calfs

    - 12 sets bi
    - 12 sets tri

My tshirt are already tight around the arms.. Just gotta try stuff, dont take that "overtraining" shit into consideration, you'll know when your overtraining, moody shit, muscles are weak, getting sick, and so forth. Its all about your own body and intuition
are you suggesting that the bodybuilding weightlifting term "overtraining" does not exist? Of course it does... and in my experience you increase the possibility of injuring yourself doing something that is normally no problem to do...

so mock it all you want but it is real..

besides why are you talking about feeling out the arms in your shirt? what's that got to do with anything? How old are you? everyones threshold for reaching the point of overtraing is different.... don't get all excited on here....

btw, for the record, hulk rules....nice avvy

I'm aware of overtraining, I just say it's thrown out there to much.
When people do alittle high volume training "This workout would lead to overtraining i no time".

You got to feel if your overtraining or not.
The filling out my tshirt part was just to brag a little, but also make a point (One can do high volume and grow).

Every man is different, you got to try and find out what works for you, some guys will overtrain with 1/2 the load that others will. It's all about genetics, rest, food, stress levels, sleep.

    Love that picture
