    I do respect their opinion especailly binos' ....as a few people I know have used his Gyno protocol with great success.....but I was looking for any reports, studies etc. to show why you should not have fast acting carbs PWO

    With that said I will try oatmeal...or some wheat toast PWO and see what kind results I get.
