I'm more like 10-12 now. I leaned down to 215 at 6-8% in march then pulled a muscle in my lower back and lost about 12 lbs. Then got back to 212 and started my weak sauce cycle. With the keto you gotta add in some Juice+ which is a combination of all the fruits and veggies (12 servings) without all the sugar. So there is ways to keep yourself heathly but its real real hard to stay with. I'm instructed not to give out too many secrets or the way to run that diet and I just gave out a big one. So he would have to figure it out for himself. And thats why it would be better for you to create a carb cycling diet for him and I could help out here and there
Juice+ is a powdered form drink, but you can also find it in pill form (orchard blend and garden blend). I find as bodybuilders when tend to lack on getting enough fruit and veggies b/c there is too much sugar and too time consuming. Plus I feel it increases my recovery time significantly (lots of phytonutrients). Go check out the flex wheeler seminar. Hey guys thanks for hijacking my thread..... sorry it took me this long to see that it was hijacked though. Oh btw I am 'tripmachine' for some reason I am banned and no staff will take the time to help me out with that account. Anyway I am doing much better now a days than I was back then in 2008... I don't have a 4 pack at the moment but I will hopefully in the next month or so... cycling tren, mast and test atm and going to get some clen/t3 and lower my carbs a bit (not completely though because I am a fan of carbs for sure!
