k, this is what big had to say about the test/deca pct timing

    hi my friend.
this is one of the cases where book knowledge goes up against applied knowledge. in theory according to most written info the active life of deca is 21 days, yet everyone is different and many people feel ''shut down'' so to speak for as much as a month. that being the case myself and many others find that by stopping the deca a week earlier than the books would have you believe gives plenty of time for the uber-suppressive deca to clear your system before pct starts. people also need to pay attention to the ester of test more than they sometimes do, many assume stopping the deca 2 weeks prior to test is accros the board, but I saw a thread where the guy was doing deca and prop (don't ask me why lol) and someone advised stopping deca 2 weeks before the test. of course in that case the prop would clear very fast so the deca would have to be stopped much earlier for the pct start times to still line up.
