    wow im not a diet expert but with that diet and arimidex im stunned bro sorry homefully someone else can chyme in

    edit: i see youre getting 4 shakes a day.
    get a fast shake with quick carbs pwo, and one before bed thats max
    switch the other 2 out for egg whites or chicken breast etc...

    what do you put in your shakes? milk, eggs, water, fruit... etc
