    looks pretty good bro, 175 is a little small for your height but the bf% DEF makes up for that
    post up your diet if you want, i can see you know some but if you want we can throw you some advice

    actually my bf was measured at 6.4%, but i dont believe that myself so i say 8%

    i do know a good deal about dieting and what not as i weighed 240 just 6 months ago...but now its time to bulk up!
