my outer chest is fine its just my inner upper inner lower and mainly my INNER middle chest i need to work on....

sounds good to me, whats always worked god for me was when i do good dunbell bench press is too get full range of motion, ass you bring the weight down have the inner dunbell touch your outter chess and as you bring the weight up turn the weight so that your palms are faceing each ohter... that has always gotten my clevage nice and all
