and only 20 unless you're pretty solid for your height i'd advise against it, but i guess if you're gonna do it, do it right.
that diet doesn't look to be that much. probably 150-200g protein from powder, not much from other food, and only 4-5 meals at that. i would look to cut back on the shakes and add more lean protein choices from meat, egg, fish, things like that.
