    and only 20 unless you're pretty solid for your height i'd advise against it, but i guess if you're gonna do it, do it right.

    that diet doesn't look to be that much. probably 150-200g protein from powder, not much from other food, and only 4-5 meals at that. i would look to cut back on the shakes and add more lean protein choices from meat, egg, fish, things like that.

    yes you are right on the whole food any suggestion fish is VERY epesinve but i can add in salmon canned as for chicken i can add in another 2 breasts. instead of 8 eggs ill make that 10. and add in a cup of oats post workout. also replace pasta with rice. any other foods also MRP would be replaced with ON weight gainer (i want to keep it SPARKLING CLEAN regarding diet but experienced users may suggest a more dirty diet)

    also i am wondering if i get injured between cycle do i discontinue use and start pct?
    and water wight from d-bol is it really going to bloat my face

    what is your view on age i personally think age is hyped up to much. as i look back at many bodybuilding careers i see allot pros that started at 18 hell arnold started at 15 from what im told. also allot bodybuilders rarely had experience in gym before cycle. also the sides reamin same regardless of age imo.
    i seriously think instead demonize steroids more practical research needs to be done a miracle drug such as steroids, used for many reasons and rarley any research. does my cycle place my fertility at risk?

    There is a diet section if you need help with your diet bro.. Sweet pots are better than any other type of pot, they are a good complex carb

    i hear that jamaican yam is also very good

    alos i need more aprovl on my PCT
    should i wait one week after cycle till i take HCG or take it straight after cycle.
    please more approvals regarding my cycle
