Unless i give up my job my Diet wont improve. I appreciate your advice but every post i read on here always ends up with the same answer " Stop the Cycle and Improve on this or improve on that " the diet i am on was recommended by my trainer in consultation with a nutritionist. i was grossly overweight in my late teens and worked my ass off to shed the fat and increase my overall fitness level. I consider myself healthy and fit. all i want to do is increase strength and lean muscle mass. Whats the worse that can happen if i continue the cycle. Even if i gain 30lbs of lean muscle i have gained what i set out to achieve.
