    Sauna can be good for your skin and sweating out some toxins. But it won't help you lose fat. Don't be fooled if you look a little tighter when you get out, its just water weight you lost and it will come back.

    Speaking of which, I wouldn't do it after a cardio workout because you'll already be dehydrated.

    You don't practice proper hydration during cardio?

    Typically i don't drink fluids during cardio. Wait till after. It just doesn't sound like a good idea to me to subject yourself to intense heat after a cardio workout. If your body has just been stressed with exercise you want to let it begin recovery and be able to supply nutrients to those areas that need them. Not spending energy cooling itself.
