Im going to be doing 45 mins or cardio first thing in the morning and 30 minutes after my workout, which is at night time.
Our gym has a sauna and im trying to cut some fat for this trip im going on in april.
I was just wondering, does anyone find a sauna good for cutting up?
If yes, when is the best time to hit the sauna and how many times a week and how long would u stay in the sauna?
