    I do similar to this also, i replace bent over rows with preacher curls, all 4 sets 6,8,10,12 reps.

    I sometimes do a drop set or 2 of preacher curls.
    Bent over barbell rows are more of a back exercise, but my point was more so that they should be included in any lifting routine seeking "big/strong arms"
