Ok just curious on the thoughts of doing this exercise.
My opinion- Never come up more then eye height(the bar), but keeping impecable form and also when I extent I try to get a good squeeze. Basically when i bend my elbows and the bar is coming up right when I feel the pull, where my elbows would leave my sides I blast back down.
Someone elses- doesn't matter that you keep your elbows at your side, form is important but not a must, when the bar gets to the top of your head thats when you pull it back down.
Ok just to clarify this is cables with the Triangle bar.
Any inputs???
