I make all my chicken/steak/turkey in advance. I usually make enough for 3 days. Keep them in sperate packages and keep them in the fridge.
They stay good for about a week no problem.
Same with my rice, potatos and etc... Its all very simple to do. As well as keeping track of how much i eat. Measuring it is also simple. All you need is a food scale you can buy at GNC. Weigh them out in equal portions, and store properly.
There is NO reason why you cannot do this.
