    do super set's help you bulk or cut ?????????????????????

    i mean you do your normal set of ten then drop the weight in half till fail

    im trying to bulk im on cycle at the moment with test e i wanted to try something different

    Super setting is better for cutting and getting lean rather than bulking. Because in supersets you are trying to do 10+ reps and have to do lower weight because you have multiple sets back to back while when you are trying to bulk you do heavy weight for 6-10 reps depending on the set.

    if you are concerned about your joints/tendons do not perform drop sets.

    thankyou i was beginning to worry no one picked up on there definition of a superset.
