    how about the trainers pretty much dont know their shit.. do both in conjunction they are superior to either one

    id say do what works for you bro. every person on the planet is different, with different hormones, different rates of metabolism, differeent ages, etc etc etc. what works for 100 guys maybe wont do shit for you, and vice versa. I know personnel trainers who swear by running prior to lifting, and others who will only run once a week. You just gotta find the right combo for you and your body type.

    You would be suprised how many dont,, just cuzz a guy is slightly big doesnt mean he knows anyhting.... The trainer at the gym I go to now.... Ive been watching him train this girl for about 8 weeks,, and he is trainin her like a freaking power lifter......... She is getting bigger and I dont think she wants to,,,,,,,,,,,
