I do agree on milk but i only have 1/4 cup to 1/2 max (i guess im fine here?). I saw PHATE eating same yogurt as i get plus its loaded in protien ( I guess im fine here, since its in the morning?). I have always wondered about the wheat bread, the bread i get is only 1gram or sugar per slice but i will look into the ezekiel or organic from now on...NOW the RICE? I really dont think brown rice is bad, maybe you are reffering to Pros that are on crazy diet? I dont think i can eat oat meal all day long lol
milk has a low GI and is one of the slowest burning carbs. its good for you, drink it and put it in your macros. Its great before bed cuz of the casein pro in it. Brown rice has basically the same GI index as white rice, but what are you goals? what you can eat all depends on your goals. Are you just trying to eat healthy than fvck ya brown rice and whole wheat bread are fine. I totally agree with you that a lot of the diet advice put up here is way to hard core and more geared total complete devouters to lifting. There people out there who, like me, just enjoy lifting, i eat healthy, not stupid healthy and when i want mcdonandls i have some, and when i want cake and ice cream ill have some of that too. the key is moderation and working my ass off when im in the gym.

Im on a cutting diet right now.
I have noticed that poeple do not like to drink milk on a cutting diet due to the high sugar level.
But yeah i hear you on some people being really hard core on diets but its very interesting to see their results.

Sorry to burst your bubble but you got no clue what you're talking about.

Its the PERFECT food before bed? Please explain this to me...

I'll make this really easy for you...

Why is the protein in milk better than a meat source?

What kind of EFA's does it contain, as I'm sure you know well that vital role in EFA's before bed?

And lastly, what are the benefits of consuming galactose prior to sleeping? You do know the metabolic pathway by which galactose is converted to glucose right?
