I agree with you as well, I actually do to the front and back and change it up, but I think I get a better isolation on the backside then the front.
Maybe its got to do with body comp more then just location of the weight, meaning I do my tris different then alot of people, but then again mine are pretty big and trainers have told me Im doing it wrong. As long as I get stronger and bigger I could really care less what it takes to get there, but im not big on injuries..
