I have been in this situation and it fvcking sucks. When your curling it hurts bad but when you release the weight, it STINGS. Try to release very very slowly. I had to go to phyiscal therapy because it got so bad. The doctors came to the conclusion that my biceps were too big/strong for my forearms and it was causing a lot of stress on them. At this point, I didn't do any forearm exersizes, deadlifts. My forearms were a joke and this lead to me being out of the gym for about 8 weeks, all upper body lifts were shot. My best advice to you is just stick to two or 3 sets of preachers curls for your bi's and release very slowly. Doesn't sound like it's too late. Go very light, you don't wanna screw yourself up like I did.

Thanks man, yeah I started doing the slow release a few weeks ago. If I do curls I set the bar back on the rack still holding it and slowly let go it helps with the sting thats for sure.

Yeah I will do that man, my forearms are pretty strong looking.

Being on TRT can have any effect on this?

Sounds like a tendent injury if it continues do legs for a week and have a full rest with upper body then dont do arms until the end of the next week to give it time to recover its about 10-14 days rest for a mild tendent injury to recover
