Finally someone I can relate with. I have been dealing with this problem for months. I cant release anything after curling it w/o shooting pains through my right forearm. Its defintely from your biceps growing way to fast compared to forearm. My chiropractor said it could even be the tendon pulling at the bone, which could lead to damage to the bone. It sucks! If anyone knows how to rehab this injury let me know! releasing it slowly helps a bit, but I just want it to go away.
