Because at 5.11, i dont want to be above 185.

185 at a True 7% Bodyfat Look really great, and having more muscle doesnt mean its always good, i like to be athletic(keeping speed) but at the same time having a decent amount of mass (175 LBM)

Im talking Real ripped here, Veins in arms all the time, Veins in abs.

I will never will go above 185.

Then you should change your name to ambercrombiematt, 175@ 5'11 is not big. Neither is 185 for that matter, I think you could put on more muscle and still be pretty athletic. I at 205 and 6'1 and around 6-7% was able to still dunk a basketball or ran a 6.7 60yard dash (baseball) and could run a mile in under 5 minutes.

Post a picture at 205 at 6% BF

    Theres a HUGE difference between been 5.11 185 at 6% and 185 at 15% .

Im 12.5% BF. i want to get a solid 185 at around 6-7% a true 6-7% and maintain that.. i dont have a thick build, im more ecto-meso than a big boned guy.... got a small waist.

Im not even using gear or anything... Never ran anything than a eq and test about 2 years ago... i dont even take Whey or any bs ...

I wish I could, but sadly two broken legs and 5 surgeries have hampered my training the last 4 years. I wasnt trying to brag I was just stating that you can have a higher amount of muscle mass and still be very athletic. Of course my vertical was not as good at 205 as it was at 185 but I was stronger and more powerful, plus I was a baseball player and jumping was not a big deal....
