You still have to be able to go out and enjoy life sometimes. Because yeah you can be a beast and own the gym inside out, but what about the 22 hours that you are not in the gym?

Dont take this the wrong way but..when this is a lifestyle and not a hobby the other 22 hours are just as important as the 2 in the gym. I enjoy doing cardio every day and look forward to the alarm going off at 445am. My wife and I just got back from vacation and people were acting like we were crazy when they found out we worked out everyday. They dont understand, this is what I ENJOY doing. Sorry for my rant, I just hear this "you gotta be able to enjoy life" thing too often. For me, drinking a few beers on weekends would not be enjoying life.
[QUOTE=FireGuy1;4925251]FireGuy I am with you....I changed my lifestyle during the last year.....I hit the gym everyday and feel like shit if I take a break.....The last break I had was over a month ago......I used to sit around and get drunk everyday, but now I have a passion for working out.....I just hope it lasts.......Thanks for letting me rant....
