I can see i am wasting my time and effort,

Your telling me your a professional golfer and your acting like a child, take the advice and dont touch steroids at your age, you will thank me in the long run.

There isn't a right way to take steroids at your age, no matter if your going to do it or not, there isn't a right way to take them, if your looking for advice for someone your age how to take steroids I would find another forum, best of luck.
