do you think a 21-yr old could be deficient in hormones ??? cuz from what i understand is that- in this age, hormone levels are at its peak.

i'm sure that you're older than me, and you're reaching somewhere near your plateau. but i'm only 21. and i havent experienced arm soreness ever since i was 16 years old, plus i havent even made any significant gains. i have skinny arm muscles.
I am 21. I see gains with no soreness. I almost never get sore because My diet is in check along with my rest. slack in one of those areas and boom can't move.

ummm if your test is low then you are sore all the time because you don't repair muscle very well

i'm actually thinking about getting some bloodwork done
Yes it does, if you are having trouble repairing muscle then it could be a number of reasons... Go get bloodwork done and stay off gear. unless of course you are low in low test level range... Then you can be on trt like me and deal with this pain in the ass (literally) all the time.

Bingo^^^ see you in the diet section

    $80-$170 depending on the test

dude if you juiced that young you probably cut off natural test production by limiting lh secretion from the pituitary gland. shit, your hypothalamus might not even be telling the pituitary gland to secrete. that is why everyone tells young kids on here to wait til their mid 20's before going on the stuff.

My arms don't get sore yet they are my best body part. My lats always get sore and they are probably my second best body part. My legs get the sorest and they are my worst body part.

Soreness is not an indicator of muscle growth!

I don't mean to hijack a thread, but Ronnie, What IS a decent indicator of working the mucle too much or too little without waiting for months to measure? I'm sure this is an open-ended question, but I would like to hear your opinion.......

in all fairness theirs no studies that prove this, we base this on our own beliefs and theories

and alot of people on this forum have cyces at a young age, so saying cycling then cut off his test production is just a theory, theirs no evidence of this occouring

IMO if your loosing strength it can be an indicator of working a muscle to much
