    I do not have much room for an eliptical or treadmill!

    I am very sensitive to cold weather!

    try to do a little cardio each day, hell start with 5 min when u wake up on ur machine, then slowly move it up..

    u can do this man but u have to relly want it...

    Lookout snipey, I think the 1-2lbs of fat loss per week is GOOD man. That's a healthy weight lose. Losing or gaining rapidly is what you want to avoid. Stay strong and motivate yourself to stick with the program bro. Then after a long hard day of dieting and training...treat yourself with some high sugar foods.

    Is 1/2 stone ie 8 pounds a month 2 much to ask for?

    Would it be possible to lose 3lbs a week?

    The reason I wanted it quick was that i could start bulking and be big for summer!

    I was plannin on travellin in June but may have to delay till July!
