    steroids wont make you hard my friend, i do a bit of bouncing and see big guys gettin battered stupid by guys half their size all the time, its not the size of the dog in the fight, its the fight in the dog, why not get your self on a nice cardio, medium weights buzz and take up a bit of ju jistsu or judo?

    They will make me big tho if heavy weights and a good bulkin diet are there!

    I plan to loose the flab by end of march!

    Is that possible?

    I like an all inclusive martial art like Pencak Silat or Ninjutsu where striking, grappling/gripping and weapons are included!

    I am also goin to do field archery and scrambling!

    Anythings possible Greak you need to get started and not stop till you reach your goal if you eat and train right half the battle is won
