    Hey man...don't let some of these guys clown you. I'd bet some of them are jealous. Seems to me like you have a good start going on there. Like some guys are saying get that diet dialed in and you will pack on lean mass just as you want. I am just learning about diet myself but proteins are the building blocks and carbs are the labor energy to lay the blocks.

    that helps how? cuz even knowing that does that help exactlly what needs to be done? or generally?

    im not flaming ya just - your stating the obvious...

    and yes to op - 6 + meal - personally i like the biggest meal to be the am meal
