It was just a thought.
I have reduced em and do shadow boxin alteast 3 times a week!
A strange is my bf might b high but my blood pressure is EXCELLENT n my cholesterol is VERY GOOD!
I am plannin on increasin cardio more by volunteerin 2 look after animals at a sanctuary n do conservation work!
