So I have been doing the same shoulder lifts for awhile now and been getting good gains. Size and strength both went up. However, recently I've noticed that the gains are kinda tampering off. As if i'm getting close to plateauing. I just wanted to ask what other excercises can you do for shoulders? Specificly the side of your shoulder. Right now i do something like this:
Lateral raises: 3 or 4x10
Frontal raises: 3 or 4x10
Reverse butterfly: 3 or 4x10
*Behind the neck military BB press: 95x10, 105x10, 115x10, 125xfailure
This excercise changes all the time but this is what i did last time.
Basically i'm trying to find some different excercises for the side of my shoulder and front. Any input will be appreciated.
