lovbyts - re-read MY post. I was not complaining about it. I was simply asking a "what if" question. I have been working out for years. It is my diet that gets away from me and my body fat runs up. When I said I have been working like mad for 3 months I only meant that I have been strick on intake and done extra cardio (burning about 600-800 /day) My results have been great, I'm sure you would agree, but I have gotten to a point where it has stopped coming off. I know how to adjust to fix it... but that wasnt the question... I was asking about what I don't know and that is a cycle.. what would happen if I did it now.

To be more clear... I am not looking at a normal cycle.. I am on for life (almost no nat test) so I am talking about a blast cycle.

    Thanks
