You already got an answer, it just wasn't the one you were hoping for.

What's your diet like now, and what's your cardio schedule?

D7M is right, too many people here tell us how their diet is spot on then when they post it, it clearly shows that their diet sucked

    check your TDEE

you might not be getting enuff calories. Now that your working out and exercising your body needs more calories per day. You might have to up your calories another 500-800 a day just to lose weight. I have had this problem myself. I had to add another.800-1000 cal a day and then I started losing weight again. You need calories to burn them.

D7M your right Bro. sorry about that. I got so distracted by the one response that flammed me that I totally overlooked your (and the other) response.

I'm just not sure what to do. I know i have to work for the results and I am doing that and I am doing for the long haul. I have made a life change, this is not just a little stint back on the workout wagon. I want to hit some goals that I have had for years and nothing is going to stop me from hitting them! So I really don't want to F this up.
Bottom line - Will blasting a cycle now hurt me or help me in the long run?

    Stats:
    36yrs
    170 lbs
    BF about 17 right now.
Total workout time - 9-10 yrs with 2 yrs off. restarted half a yr ago.
on test for life because of no nat test.
Diet - Not real bad but I will never claim it is great. It could improve a lot.
    daily:
    calories - 2100-2300
    carbs - 250g-300g
    fat - 30g-50g
    protien -150g-250g
and I make sure I cover all the food groups for a good balance.
I keep track of every single thing I take in every single day. If you want you can see it here: http://dailyburn.com/nutrition?user=346241

Rana - My cardio schedule is 1 hr every day. NEVER skip it.

just2big - Yeah I went through that... but I'm past it now and I dont THINK its the problem right now.

Smiler - I love your answer i can't lie! lol.. Just don't know if I am gonna do it or not though.. I need to see some more opinions and advise from guys who have been here.
