you might not be getting enuff calories. Now that your working out and exercising your body needs more calories per day. You might have to up your calories another 500-800 a day just to lose weight. I have had this problem myself. I had to add another.800-1000 cal a day and then I started losing weight again. You need calories to burn them.
D7M your right Bro. sorry about that. I got so distracted by the one response that flammed me that I totally overlooked your (and the other) response.
I'm just not sure what to do. I know i have to work for the results and I am doing that and I am doing for the long haul. I have made a life change, this is not just a little stint back on the workout wagon. I want to hit some goals that I have had for years and nothing is going to stop me from hitting them! So I really don't want to F this up.
Bottom line - Will blasting a cycle now hurt me or help me in the long run?

36yrs
170 lbs
BF about 17 right now.
Total workout time - 9-10 yrs with 2 yrs off. restarted half a yr ago.
on test for life because of no nat test.
Diet - Not real bad but I will never claim it is great. It could improve a lot.
daily:
calories - 2100-2300
carbs - 250g-300g
fat - 30g-50g
protien -150g-250g
and I make sure I cover all the food groups for a good balance.

Rana - My cardio schedule is 1 hr every day. NEVER skip it.
just2big - Yeah I went through that... but I'm past it now and I dont THINK its the problem right now.
Smiler - I love your answer i can't lie! lol.. Just don't know if I am gonna do it or not though.. I need to see some more opinions and advise from guys who have been here.
