    To the OP, I eat 2 to 5 eggs every day including the yolks. Lots of studies have shown that the yolk is where most of the good stuff is and if you are eating healthy like a bodybuilder should (I eat oats with my eggs which are known for dropping cholesterol, not because I'm worried about it but I like oats) then you should be just fine. Good source of Omega3s if you get eggs made by chickens who were fed algee as part of their diet.
