You cant eat enough tuna to hurt you in the least bit, unless you are under 6 years old. its because it effects growing toddlers nervous system. once the nervous system is developed there is not enough in tuna to hurt you...at any consumption..... fathomable a least. there is no study for 50lbs per day.
broil. under a sheet of reynolds wrap to keep the moisture in and protection from the heating element drying you out. i love all seasons salt to cook, and then slathered with pure honey on the plate.
