I appreciate the post it was very educational and it seriously took effort thanks you but it almost seems as though you didn't read my first post I have done my research a lot. I have proper nutrition I know about post workout meals and I know how to train keeping in mind I'm a college level athlete I've added 34 pounds of natural muscle on 3 years from my training i am not some rookie to working out looking for short cuts I am a long time lifter and athlete wanting to go to the next level
