    I appreciate the post it was very educational and it seriously took effort thanks you but it almost seems as though you didn't read my first post I have done my research a lot. I have proper nutrition I know about post workout meals and I know how to train keeping in mind I'm a college level athlete I've added 34 pounds of natural muscle on 3 years from my training i am not some rookie to working out looking for short cuts I am a long time lifter and athlete wanting to go to the next level

    I take it you didnt read my whole post, do you want to shut down your own hormone system what hasnt fully developed yet? by doing so you could end up with low test for life and on hrt for life. Do you want to be suffering with limp dick,depression,testicle atrophy,mood swings,muscle loss,fat gain, gyno etc! When you shut down your HPTA at you age your risking some serious sides what will be with you for the rest of your life, now if you still want to carry on with this cycle no one here will advice you because there isnt a safe way for you to cycle at your age, its to dangerous and this board trys to point people in the right direction and not down a route what will destroy their life, best of luck you will need it.

    So you're a 183lb college lineman? You might want to ditch the football and study harder.
