So mo one is going to look at my cycle and help me by allmeans critique my diet I'll take it serious anything that helps but can someone talk about my cycle and pct as well. I don't count calorious I just try to have a serving of fruit and veggies and protein with every meal and grain twice a day. My nutritionist said I don't need to count calories. An if it helps my bf% is just over 4
