    cottage cheese 20
    mixed nuts 10
    2 scoops whey = 50
    2 scoops kaizen=50
    =244

    Bread has around 10g per slice 20g in my serving of rice but anyway just learn how to add

    Aside from how much protein you don't eat, what are your total daily calories? Because they sure aren't enough, judging by your height:weight ratio. 183lbs would be an acceptable starting point for AAS use if you were a few years older and like 5 inches shorter.
