One more thing i have noticed.. i need to be careful about "restricting" foods cause sometimes i will go into not eating much.. and i feel like at this point i need to make sure i am eating enough of the right things.. and or small amounts of "not so good things" if i am out and dont have access to my meal plan.. cause that is where i get into trouble no access to something "in the plan" and i end up going for hours without eating ;. then binging on some not so good food.. beans, rice chips and salsa! thanks
