    Same thing, every day.

1.5 scoops myofusion protein blend (36g protein)
    1/2 cup dry/raw oats (25g carbs)
    Water

    Done!

That's my morning shake, except 1 cup oats

I just started using Carbo Gain for PWO figuring that it would be broken down and absorbed by the body faster than oats.. What do you guys think? I would much rather use oats if they would work the same

Carbo gain is derived from Maltodextrin I believe. Personally, i'd rather stick with a completely natural food like oats. I'm not interested in 'spiking' insulin, only getting insulin doing it's job. Don't forget that protein itself has an effect on insulin to some degree. I think you'd be fine with oats.
