Just google it... it's a fatty acid like Fish oil and is usually taken with Fish oil. It has a lot of studies done that show it helps with getting rid of fat.
Most of the studies suggest a minimum of 3g CLA daily. They also suggest it helps maintain LBM whilst cutting.
OP, you can do all the cardio you like but it may boil down to your cals/macro's. Post a pic and your diet in the nutrition resource section.
